The mission of NVP is to invent further drugs and develop the already invented drugs for treating and curing neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), and further TGF beta receptor 2 (TGFBR2) related diseases such as glioblastoma, major depression, pulmonary fibrosis, multisystem atrophy, motor neuron disorders, CNS and spinal cord trauma as well as CNS aging in general.
After a more than 20 year research the third generation of antisense-oligonucleotides targeting the TGFBR2 was invented demonstrating that neuro-regeneration is possible in non-human primates.
Now it is our duty to demonstrate that neuro-regeneration is also possible humans in order to treat and cure severe neurodegenerative disease and disorders.
